Preflight validation, governance, and auditable exports in one workflow.
DossierDock combines the surfaces teams need to manage deliverables, complete structured checks, review findings, track governance activity, and produce submission-grade exports without fragmenting the workflow across disconnected tools.
Catch defects before they cost you a cycle.
DossierDock runs your submission pack against channel-specific rulepacks, not generic checklists. Rules are YAML-defined, versioned, and provenance-tracked to their source authority (regulation text, adopted guidance, or portal specification). Every defect includes a severity level (blocking, warning, advisory), a stable rule ID, and a remediation hint written for the analyst doing the fix, not the engineer who wrote the rule.
- L0 Structural: Required sections mapped or marked N/A, artifact openability, password-protected PDF detection, filename conventions, packaging constraints.
- L1 Consistency: Cross-section data agreement. Cutoff dates, primary endpoint names, and sample sizes are extracted via a multi-strategy pipeline with confidence scoring.
- L1 Table Schema: Column presence, required headers, structural completeness for data tables referenced in submissions.
- L2 Cross-Reference Integrity: Framework implemented and precision-gated, enabled per-profile when false-positive rates are confirmed acceptable.
Four markets. One workflow.
Each channel has its own template, rulepack, and strictness profiles. DossierDock models the normative hierarchy accurately: regulation-backed portal gates are blocking; adopted guidance defaults to advisory; your org's policy overlays can tighten or tune from there.
From first upload to approved export, every step is recorded.
DossierDock doesn't just find defects. It tracks their resolution. The governance system enforces readiness gates: a deliverable cannot be exported as "approved" until blocking defects are resolved or explicitly overridden with a recorded justification.
- Role-based access (Admin, Editor, Reviewer) per project and deliverable.
- Defect lifecycle with full state machine: assign → resolve → rerun → verify.
- Readiness gates with automatic invalidation when mappings or artifacts change.
- Override approvals with recorded justification, approver identity, and timestamp.
- Comments and tasks on sections and defects.
- Immutable audit event log.
- Notifications for blocking failures, approvals, and mentions.
Map evidence once. Trace it across deliverables.
Upload evidence artifacts once and map them across deliverables and markets. DossierDock maintains section-level evidence linkage and exports a traceability matrix (CSV + XLSX) with each submission package. Evidence mapping and exportable traceability are built into the core workflow. Deeper structured evidence workflows, including claim-level provenance and PICO-scoped evidence objects, are expanding over time as the platform matures.
Exports that satisfy submission expectations, not just "download as ZIP."
Every export is a deterministic, reproducible artifact. Same inputs, same output, byte-for-byte.
- Deterministic ZIP with fixed timestamps and maximum compression.
- HTML index with manifest and export metadata.
- SHA-256 checksums per artifact.
- Export lineage tracking.
- Germany-specific portal-aligned ZIP layout (Modul roots at ZIP root, no wrapper).
- Traceability matrix bundled into every export.
Tune enforcement without touching rulepacks.
Policy overlays let you tighten or adjust rule severity at the org, project, or deliverable level without forking the underlying rulepack. Overlays stack in precedence order and are validated against the baseline. One-page overlay authoring cheat sheet is available for non-engineers.

A product designed to feel reliable in daily use.
DossierDock is built around the idea that high-stakes dossier review work should not depend on disconnected steps and fragile state tracking. The workflow is structured so operators can understand where they are, what changed, and what remains to be done.
